USPTO PTAB Rules in Favor of Performance Solutions on Four Patents Under Ex Parte Reexamination

Performance Solutions announces today that the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) ruled in favor of the validity of all 107 claims in four patents under ex parte reexamination, U.S. Patent Nos. 9,539,167; 9,656,112; 10,278,890; and 10,695,260.  The PTAB issued four written decisions reversing the invalidity rejections of the USPTO Central Reexamination Unit ending a three-year long reexamination of four patents.

“The Board’s decisions are a strong vindication of the strength of Performance Solutions’ patents.  We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the PTAB,” said Kipp Dye, MSPT, Manager of Performance Solutions.

The PTAB’s Written Decisions can be found in documents 150, 151, 152, 153.
