Performance Solutions, a leader in foam roller technology, today announces that it has reached a settlement agreement with Shenzhen Ouruiyu Technology Co., Ltd., successfully resolving a patent litigation dispute between the two companies pending in the Northern District of California. As part of the settlement, Shenzhen Ouruiyu has agreed to license Performance Solutions’ patents enabling Shenzhen Ouruiyu to sell foam roller products.
